Intas MELONEX (meloxicam) is a veterinary non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and lower fever in companion animals and livestock.

INDICATIONS

• Dogs and Cats: Used for the control of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, musculoskeletal disorders, post-surgical recovery, and trauma or soft-tissue injuries.
• Livestock (Bovine, Equine, Sheep, Goats, and Swine): Indicated for managing inflammation and fever in conditions such as mastitis, pneumonia, and acute respiratory infections.

ADMINISTRATION

• Route: Can be administered intravenously (IV), intramuscularly (IM), or subcutaneously (SC) depending on the species and prescription.
• Side Effects: Common adverse reactions include gastrointestinal distress, vomiting, or inappetence.
