INDICATIONS

• Skin and Soft Tissue Infections: Treatment of bacterial skin infections such as wounds, abscesses, and pyoderma.
• Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs): Indicated for infections of the urinary tract, including bladder and kidney infections caused by susceptible bacteria like E. coli.
• Respiratory Tract Infections: Treatment of infections such as pneumonia and bronchitis, which can cause symptoms like coughing, wheezing, and nasal discharge.
• Gastrointestinal Infections: Used for infections of the digestive tract.
• Ear and Nose/Throat Infections: Indicated for bacterial infections of the ears (otitis externa/media), nose, and throat.
• Perioperative Surgical Care: Often used to prevent or treat bacterial infections arising from surgeries.
